About Brian.
"My wife and I made Blue Springs our home in 2009, raising four children here over the years. We chose Blue Springs because we wanted access to the best school district. Easy to say, it's been one of our best decisions.
I currently serve as Vice-Chair on the Blue Springs Parks Commission, where I work to make sure our tax dollars are being spent appropriately, ensuring our residents have access to the best parks, recreation programs, and community spaces in the state. In addition, I volunteer my time as a Team Leader with the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce LEADership Program, helping to develop and connect local leaders who are invested in the city’s future. Keeping with the volunteering spirit, you'll find me working with the Blue Springs High School MO-942 Air Force JROTC Booster Club as a Board Member, and helping with the Blue Springs Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
Professionally, I’ve spent more than two decades in the construction industry — as a Union Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, Field Superintendent, and now as a Senior Quality Specialist. I’ve built a career around building processes that work, teamwork that delivers, and accountability that ensures things get done right.
I'm running for City of Blue Springs City Council because I believe Blue Springs deserves experienced leadership that listens, a person who can plan proactively and responsibly, and someone who will always work for the people who call Blue Springs home."
